We deliver quality medicine, as do many other animal hospitals; however, we see our clients as members of our family.
We try to learn who they are, what is important to them and address them by name when they visit.
We listen when they speak and remember what they say.
We are respectful and involve ourselves only to the extent that the client wishes.
We do not see our clients as dollar signs or only as people paying their pet's bill.
We consider our clients animal guardians who love their pets; some as furry children others as valued companions. These clients appreciate veterinary care that is compassionate and individualized to their pets.
A professor at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine once said, "Our clients worst day should never be our best day". We believe this to our core and that is how we are different.
